Accessibility

The project is strategically located at the heart of East Africa surrounded by a capillary of roads. It’s adjacent to the Bukoba-Mutukula Masaka-Kampala highway which creates a cheap road connection to Tanzania and Burundi. It is also perpendicular to the Mutukula-Mbarara-Gatuna road which links the project to the western parts of Uganda, Rwanda and Eastern parts of Democratic Republic of Congo. The project is about 50Km by road from Lake Victoria which is shared by the three states of Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania making it possible to use water transport. Finally, the Mutukula Airport is yet another project developed along with the regional market to provide access by air transport.
